To book accommodation, please choose one of the following:

• E-mail booking - we ask you to prepare the following information:
  • arrival date
  • estimated arrival time
  • the number of people
  • the number of days
  • preferred room
  • a full name and a phone number of a contact person

  Our English-speaking staff is ready to help you.
• The receptionist checks room availability for the given period and makes a booking. We will provide you with all necessary information and answer your questions.
• In order to confirm the preliminary booking we ask you to transfer a deposit for the first night of stay to our bank account. We will send you an e-mail with the account details.
• Cancellation Policy:
  If you cancel your booking:
  - minimum 7 days before your arrival, we refund 100% of the deposit.
  - minimum 3 days before your arrival, we refund 60% of the deposit.
  - less than 72 hours before your arrival or if you do not arrive at all, the deposit is not subject to refund.
